We want to make sure we have the right paperwork for you. There are four options in the next question. Please choose the one that matches you.

  • If you are a new actor at Detour, click "New Actor."
  • If you were an actor in Wizard of Oz, Little Shop of Horrors, James and the Giant Peach, Frozen (BOOTs Camp 2022), or BOOTs Camp Cabaret (BOOTs Camp 2023) then click "Returning Actor."
  • If you are a paid contractor at Detour (coach, costumer, director, stage manager, intern, etc.) click "Contractor."
  • If you are a volunteer at Detour (volunteer coach, volunteer costumer, volunteer stage manager, volunteer intern, etc.) click "Volunteer."

Are you a new actor, a returning actor, or a contractor?

*At least one option is required.

You deserve to be paid for the work you are doing. There are multiple options for handling payment from Detour:

  1. You can receive payment over Zelle if you have a Zelle account linked to either your email or phone number. Your bank likely already uses Zelle which is the fastest way for Detour to pay you. More information can be found here: zellepay.com/support/how-do-i-get-started
  2. We can mail you a paper check to your address.
  3. You can volunteer your time. If you are considering this option, please consider being paid and then donating that money to Detour which you can then write off as an AZ Tax Credit which essentially means that the state government would be paying you to coach come tax season. For more information on this option, visit: detourcompanytheatre.org/tax-credit

*In addition to filling out payment information, all contractors and volunteers who are hired will receive a Letter of Agreement from Detour Company Theatre outlining their responsibilities and pay. New Contractors must also supply a form W-9 in order to receive payment.

If you would like to be paid using your existing Zelle account, please write below the email address or phone number that is linked to that account. If you do not have a Zelle account, please write "N/A"

If you would like to receive a paper check, please list your address below. If you have already entered your Zelle information, you do not need to list your address here and you can instead write "N/A"
