Your donation to Detour Company Theatre directly supports the dreams and rights of adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities to fully thrive in the creative arts. Our performances are free to the public in an effort to eliminate ever present financial considerations that oftentimes exclude people with disabilities from attending theatrical events. Detour relies on generous donations to help support and grow our programming. We cherish and appreciate each donation made at our shows and throughout the year.

BECOME AN ACTOR!

Phenomenal actors, singers and dancers bring each and every show to life! It is their commitment and talent that has shaped and continued the legacy of Detour. For more information on the specifics of our programs, groups and troupes, or to learn how you or or your loved one can join our community of actors, please email simon@detourcompanytheatre.org.

BECOME A COACH!

Coaches are the glue for programs! Coaches work with a small group of actors to ensure a fulfilling experience onstage and in class. Coaches do not have to have prior experience in drama or working with actors with disabilities. We are happy to provide that training. What we do ask coaches to come with a creative spirit, an respectful and open heart and a willingness to embrace this exciting fun-filled journey. For more information about becoing a coach, email simon@detourcompanytheatre.org.
